Provide Faster Turbine Coupling Assembly

Hutter Coupling Assembly Pins are a patented time saving outage tool which enable faster coupling bolt installation. Also eliminates differential runout in line bored and un-line bored couplings. Works great on couplings that are aligned with intentional offset and angularity as well as fair couplings. Works great on new rotors that have never been line bored because they can be sized to fit dissimilar hole sizes on each half of the coupling.

TOOL DESCRIPTION
You receive a set of 2 pins per coupling. The wedged shaped pins are drawn together as shown in the illustration to the left. This enables user to perfectly align the centerlines of the coupling’s bolt holes prior to bolt insertion during re-assembly.  Hutter Coupling Assembly Pins are bronze sleeved so they can be easily converted to various couplings up and down the turbine centerline.

DIFFERENTIAL RUNOUT AND COUPLING CONCENTRICITY CORRECTIONS
